Pre-Marital Counseling

The church offers premarital counseling to assist couples to prepare for marriage. Basic instruction lasting from four to eight sessions present marriage as a covenant with God, communication skills, dealing with different expectations, conflict resolution, budgeting, starting a family, and the actual wedding plans.

The Bible is the foundation of these sessions as couples are instructed to view marriage from God’s perspective rather than from a secular perspective. Couples are strongly encouraged to complete the entire program since statistically they stand a better chance of having a lasting marriage. A fee may be required.
