Senior’s Ministry exists to joyfully encourage senior adults to receive Christ, to grow spiritually and to utilize their gifts and experience in active Christian outreach to people of all ages. This energetic group provides support and care for each other through home and hospital visitations to seniors and others. They join together in celebrating God’s goodness through monthly meetings on third Saturdays, and quarterly outings and celebrations allow them to build friendships and gain a sense of belonging.
Paul encourages the believers in 2 Corinthians 4:16 “Not to lose heart, even though the outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.” Our seniors are being spiritually renewed and physically strengthened daily as they serve the Lord. They are a vital arm of our ministry and we thank God for their wisdom, encouragement and cooperation which make them an integral part of the body of Christ and our church family.
